But...that rumor's over 10+ years old now. SINCE Zero/Alpha 3, Capcom Japan (and now Capcom USA) has NEVER retconned in Noembelu as Julia. It's always been "Juli=Julia" for a long time now. Seems like a ton of people are still hung up on that issue.
