Soulvex: You're kidding me, right? Every video I've seen of a wild bird of prey taking a corvid (magpie, rook, crow, e.t.c.) is a long, drawn-out, and agonizing experience for the caught bird.
And you're claiming that it's WORSE because "humans are involved."
When a bird of prey is handled by a human, the human can dispatch the prey quickly to prevent unnecessary suffering. A wild hawk wouldn't care how long its prey screams for help as it writhes in pain.
Snauzer67: I think it's more sad that you mindlessly harass hunters and try to impose your "animals are off-limits" lifestyle on others.
It's also sad that you conveniently ignore whatever is written in video titles or descriptions just so you can be preachy and accuse people of animal cruelty!
Your clamoring for "respect for nature" makes no sense, but then, you animal rights zealots have no sense of what nature is truly like.
Humans have a capacity for mercy that nature does not have.
this bird is bread in captivity and will probably if not definately live longer than a bird in the wild... i appreciate what you say and how you feel but i can assure you i take great pride in making sure my all my birds have the best possible lives....... check my other vid if you havent thankyou for your posts
you say the peregrine wasnt attempting to kill the rook? well its strange you say that because that is the whole reason why the falcon is on top of it.... so it can kill it ????? this bird is being flown at its hunting weight i can assure you that this bird does want to eat... and shortly after that it did
"What would you call it, one of his sisters? Brothers?"
"Brother, innit."
"Ahh, yes. Male means brother. I am a bell-end."

This is sad. Leave the birds you don´t eat alone. Show some respect for nature. You don´t play with animals
