Japan. America's might be next summer around the date of Star Force 3's release. I am unsure about that, we will have to wait until Capcom USA makes an official announcement.

Yeah, no. MMSF3 is already out (I have Black Ace, AND I've beaten it), but there's still no American release. Even now, Capcom has no current plans on an American release, so sit back, gather up your fellow fans, and pester the shit out of Capcom until they make an American version!

... After all, you just have to go through and change the text, maybe a few lines, but it can't be THAT hard, right?

@krourou2 I made this video well before the japanese release of the game (it came out Nov 2009, I made this in Jul 2009) So I thought a US release could have happened. I know it didn't. I think Capcom USA should just localize the game. After all, depending on the game it only takes a few months to do a full translation. And besides all they have to do is put MMBN's script in..fix some text mistakes and translate only a few new chips and the new story arc and put English VA in the game. Thats it

New rumor from my friend in Japan: Rockman.EXE Operate Shooting Star Release Date September 16th 2009

My Guess for US release:

between April and June of 2010 if this is the correct date

That would make a great B-day present. Isn't it great when a favorite video game series has a game release that exact day, it's like they made the game especially for you (At least thats how I felt when EA released NBA Live 09 on my B-day last year).

this release date was somewhat confirmed on the Mega Man Forum at Capcom JP and US sites. Though it is still an unofficial released date more than one source (at the moment 3) have made a semi confirmation date. If the game was to be delayed it would be about mid October. But there is no word of a delay as of yet.

fun fact. I eliminated 10 minutes of material I thought sucked from this vid including more scenes from the GBA's BN1 and SF 3(including virus and Boss Battles) and the inclusion of any other enemies from the series like Rogue and Bass, as they are not officially part of the storyline (yet) according to my knowledge.
