we have the same version of wwm! :). but usally when i do this, the music pops up, but the video parts i put in doesnt, also this junk called codec keeps poping up when i hit import

hey all you have to do when you have your projected opened go to file then under save project as youll see something that says save movie file i had the same problem but now every thing is fine no need to download anyyhing at all

When I use WMM to edit a video taken with my digital camera, the playback is always jerky. I even tried just importing it to WMM and saving it again without making any changes, and it is still jerky when played back. I'm saving it to view on my PC at best quality. Anyone know why?

I am having the same trouble!! AHH I am using the free edition of Windows Movie Maker off Home Edition. I hope that will not screw me over because that wouldn't be fair. I have some inventive stuff to post and I want it on youtube and I put work into it. I stopped half way because I'm not trusting it.

idk but id probably restart your computer then make sure there isnt alot of other programs running. for me, i noticed that whenever i had aim running while i used wmm it froze up. other than that i really have no clue haha sry

What if there is a pop-up that says "Windows Movie Maker cannot publish the movie to the specified location. Verify that the original source files used in your movie are still availible, that the publishing location is still availible, that there is enough free disk space availible, and then try again." I know that none of these problems are problems but it still won't publish!

i think you can do it where you click file then save movie file and then save it as a different file there. but my computer doest have save movie file or whatever

um i have a pretty fast computer and when i publish my vids i usually just get up and do something then when i come back its done but it never takes more than five minuets for me.and with youtube they are weird they sometimes take a long time to upload and sometimes they dont
