Be a good team player and do what the PM decided is best, even if it wasn't the way you would have done it....and you lose....then your get in shit for not arguing against the choice.

But if you do argue against the PM's choice early on.....and then lose.....you get in shit for not being a team player and causing disruption.

I don't see how ginger could have played it any better. He tried to put forth his opinions early, but Sam was too hard headed

the thing is if youre on a team you can argue and argue and continue to argue, but if the person in charge dont want to follow them then youre just stuck doing either nothing and quitting or doing what they say. Bill is acting like because they LET her take charge of a project that she is in charge of managing
