I love Eric Ripert. Not only is he a great chef, but every time I see him in a show he always seems like a really nice, happy, unassuming guy. I'd love to share a meal and a drink with him someday.

his food is great, but quite honestly, Le Bernardin is one of the most overrated restaurants.
