it to never loose hope to life it can be hard to know all is lost to a persons mind but just keep that little peice and sure you will fall but we must learn to pick our selfs up its very hard ive been in that pastion i lost my son and i was on a brigde ready to take my life but this burst of energy came over me and gave me hope that ill once again see him and i will one day but never ever give up hope

i've never believed suicide to be "selfish" because i believe that we, as humans, have the right to live or to die but this video is really powerful. the impact you make on all the lives you've touched when you choose to end your life is far greater than anyone could ever imagine. i lost my best friend to suicide and i've been battling a bipolar disorder and suicidal thoughts for years. i want to keep fighting for hers and everyone's sake. ~rip kayla, i love you♥

To me Suicide is selfish because rarely people ever take into consideration how it affects people like yourself or myself. I have been suicidal for well over a decade but I can't fucking bare the idea of what it would do to my sister or wife or mother.Ne Thing I have to endure is far more controllable than the sudden loss of a person. Very moving and insightful song into a very emotive subject. So so sad when a person can not reach out and ask for help, one has to be in a very dark place to "step over the precipice". You can see the pain on the lead singer's face, and feel it in his voice.

This song came out when my mother had cancer and was going thru treatments. She is very religious and was very depressed and down. Love the words to this song...be like her talking to God. Cried every time I heard it but couldn't get her to listen to it or understand what the words meant or what they meant to me...positive to beat the cancer. Glad to say she did beat it and I will make her listen to this and get her to understand what it at least meant to me and how it helped me.
