  • Yeah, the cheese factor is just right here..not always the case.

  • fuck this song kicks royal ass, i'm only 19 years old, and i can't ever get enough of old school classic rock...now and forever!

  • They were in the Holy Trinity of horn bands: Chicago, Chase, and BS&T

  • @luridplanet Don't forget Ides Of March.

  • First time I heard this I was crusin Woodward Ave looking for a drag in my 1969 Dodge Charger with a built 426 Hemi. Doesnt get any better than that. Pushin 150 Miles an hr in an america muscle car and not havin a fuckin care in the world

  • This is a great band, no doubt about it, but the greatest horn band ever? That's quite a claim. The obvious rival for that tital is Chicago. But I'd have to say in terms of all around awesomeness, you can't get better than Bela Fleck and the Flecktones.

  • @koyunbaba73 Are you serious? Tower of Power is one of the best, if not THE best of all of them! They are still touring and sound INCREDIBLE!

  • I always loved BS&T, but prefer Chicago for Terry Kath's guitar and his soulful voice - but I'm not cutting down DC Thomas' voice at all. Both great.

  • bad ass baseline

  • @ perez14soccer18--I agree with you 10000000000000% Miss those days fer sure. It's amazing at how many people confuse BS&T with Chicago!! Won many a bar bet on that one

  • Adam Carolla!

  • @2424reservoirdog So what you're saying is, sex first, then you GO DOWN GAAAAAAMBLIN'~

  • @2424reservoirdog Mandate: get it on.

  • This is the singleversion. Love the albumversion.

  • Awesome song.

  • BS&T, Tower of Power, Chicago, Earth Wind & Fire, Average White Band. The 70's were the decade of kick ASS horns!

  • Listen Lisa! ThisAibun is Greatest!

  • Great tune. Great album

  • I have this on the original Columbia 45 RPM vinyl phonograph record. It is in excellent condition.

  • I'll chime in.

I saw BS & T last time some 14 maybe 16 years ago at a lunch time concert in the plaza of the World Trade Center.

How was it you ask? Crank up your speakers and you won't even come close.

Chicago, saw them a couple of times as well and they're great on their own.

But B S & T, well they make me "so hawnie".

Thanks for posting this boswell and take care fieant, tralfaz, cossack and semajellik.

  • Now Chicago's got brass BUT!! BS &T Kicks brass.

  • my favorite song by them... completely underrated

  • I'm surprised there isn't more responses. This is a powerful song on all ends of the musical spectrum. It jams and doesn't let up.
