The effects and sounds shown which I can't reproduce, are worthless noise and just novelty sounds that should I need to incorporate them into my music I could do so in the studio during mixing.
Interesting though like so many intents to innovate on the guitar won't catch on much.
Why would I want to mess with a dozen physical plug-in parts when I can reproduce nearly ANY of the effects and sounds demonstrated here with my Boss G7 guitar processor at the flip of a switch or press of a pedal? Plus I can do it live in a fraction of a second without messing with the actual guitar.
The electric guitar hasn't changed in 50 years because there hasn't been a need for it to change. Fender came out with a guitar that can change it's key at the flip of a switch, Gibson came out with auto-tuners, other companies with fret markers that light up to guide finger positioning. All the options are interesting but truly just that... interesting but not entirely practical or better sounding.
