rowjimmy, sorry to hear about that. The violent looking fire in the video is climbing the hill next to the Cascades that leads up to the water tower. All of that darker smoke is the apartment fire taking hold.

My family and I lost everything in the fire. We lived in the Cascades Apartments. It's just an indescribable feeling to come back to nothing.

Not arson. Investigators believe this was a spark from a car's exhaust or catalytic converter while driving on the 91 freeway in Corona.
