@angelbong2007 We are located in the Netherlands and our business is the remarketing of used slaughter lines and equipment. We are involved in the buidling of many slaughter lines in Africa, the rebuilding of the food industry in Iraq and are now prospecting the options of rebuilding the food industry in Afghanistan. The companies that do opperate slaughter lines sometimes use foreign labour on the lines, but not always.

At 1:05 you see the horn cutter being used. The cut has already been made at that point. In practice a goal of cutting within 60 to 90 sec after the stunning is aimed for (Just look at the elevator, a lot faster is virtually impossible). With a captive bolt stunner there is at least 120 to 150 seconds before return of consciousness (if any).
