  • So you are advocating high carbohydrates; and hydrogenated oil for heart health? You failed to mention the 2 types of LDL cholesterol. The small particles are the bad actors. High carbohydrates are the cause. The cholesterol lowering effect of oatmeal is minimal.

  • @newmac she also forgot the mention that saturated fats increase both LDL and HDL cholesterol.

  • The most important question to ask yourself is does my doctor know about this product and if not why?

Bios Life Slim is listed in the PDR it's a natural product that reduces bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol without harmful side effects, it also helps with weight loss and diabetes without stimulants

  • @volksiebus71 The Cholesterol is produced by the liver wheather u like it or not! the one we eat in animal foods has little/no impact on blood cholesterol! Eating Plenty of Carbs, pasta rice potatoes beans sugar and fruits, causes Inflammation so our liver MUST produce extra cholesterol to deal with the inflamation.. Hdl and Ldl carry it where needed!! Read The Book by Zoe Harcombe "The Obesity Epidemic" and Put Your Heart In Your Mouth by Natasha McBride Cambell! All the Best!!!

  • there is No Such Thing as Bad or Good Cholesterol! Hdl and Ldl r simply LipoProteins that carry cholesterol around our body!! Cholesterol is our Best Friend!! Who says the contrary is promoting junk science!!

  • @mokugin81 If cholesterol is our best friend, then could you please tell me what it is in our bodies that makes blockages that cause strokes and heart attacks? thank you.

  • @volksiebus71: Cholesterol is the body's anti-inflammatory- when an area is inflamed, the body lays down cholesterol (like a band-aid) to soothe it. The way to prevent plaques is to reduce inflammation- otherwise, it's like blaming the band-aid for the wound- and thinking that a medication that will eliminate the bandage is worthwhile when you could be eliminating the wound instead.

  • @volksiebus71: Yes... Inflammation.

  • @volksiebus71 : A better question would be; What invokes the accumulation of cholesterol in our arteries? Cholesterol is very important to our health. Without it our cells would have no structure.
