sometimes i like just the instrumental better than screams over it. it just messes up some really amazing metal riffs. I AM NOT HATING ON SCREAMO i just think that this is awesome and screams over it would just mess it up.

I've had the pod studio gx for 2 months now and I find that to have a usable tone, you have to use post eq A LOT after the pod farm vst.

I am not able to make my tone sound as full as many of the youtube users. I must have missed something. My rig is:

- Esp ltd m401 emg 81's neck/bridge.

- pod studio gx

- pod farm 2.5

- reaper ( daw )

Like I said, it sounds weak and fizzy if not using a lot of eq afterwards. Do you have any tips on how to achieve a great tone like yours?

@jochiasson For this record I also use a lot of postprocessing (compression, eq etc).

@matisku Please come hear the video that I made with your metalcore settings..it doesn't sound as good as your tone...was it like this before you made the post processing or is there something I'm doing wrong or should I start a fire with my computer?

@jochiasson This is because of hard postprocessing of my music. It was very hard diale great "out of the box" podfarm tone - especially with EMG81. I used a lot of EQ and compression here and this is final effect. Try to customize my tone - you can find something better :)
