Whoa...I'm not even into watches, but somehow I was able to watch the hole video. I am in awe and truly impressed by such delicate and intricate engineering. This is truly an artform and its awesome to see the exposed movements instead of hiding them. The camera work was very well done as well. This may have just sparked something in me, and my wife is probably not going to be too happy with potential new hobby. ;)
@Deszaras80 It's pretty easy to insult a Rolex. People that buy them are buying into a brand and case/bracelet materials. Watch purists do not respect Rolexes.
@Nebraskahusker23 I dont think so. Sorry, but a watch made of high quality materials and the luxury watch brand more recognized in the world its not so easy to insult. I hope you can buy one some day, and you will see.
@Deszaras80 It is easy to insult. It's like buying Bose. You're buying a name and a marketing team's salary. It's easy to market something as being luxurious and the best in class, doesn't mean it is. You obviously haven't done any research into other high end watch brands. I could buy a Rolex if I wanted to but I prefer Parmigiani, Panerai, Glashutte, Patek Philippe, etc.
@Nebraskahusker23 don't assume if I did or did not research, please don't be a moron. I guess thats the beauty of this, you don't know with who you are talking. Im not saying that Rolex its better than Patek, Vacheron, Girard-Perregaux, Ulysse, Audemars, Hublot, etc, but cant be isulted either. You dont want one , good for you. You have the others, good for you. Dont have any of them, then you cant say anything.
It's beautiful, but does having four tourbillon serve any purpose other than being aesthetically pleasing?
