I loved this show as a kid, but that is totally not the intro song I grew up with. Though, I don't think I saw many of the episodes when they changed Wicket's hood to green and also changed some of the characters' personalities. That really ticked me off. Maybe that was when they changed the song, or maybe this was just a UK intro or something?

I live in the U.S. (Texas), and watched the show when it originally aired on Saturday mornings back in the '80's when I was little. Though the images in this video were from the final season, when some personalities and some of the colors (like wicket's hood) were inexplicably changed. The song went, "We are the E - E - E - E - E - the Ewoks and we're one big happy family...," or something like that, in a really low, rumbly Ewok voice.

You love them because of nostalgia but when you watch them they are not as good as you remember and most of them are pretty bad.

Today most cartoons are much better and got much better and móre exciting storys and better characters with great personalitys.
