Sorry but Punjab is part of India's voice...UP has the highest population in India and still it did not vote enough for Harshit...and I can guarantee there are no less doctors or lawyers in Punjab than in UP.

This tells me two things: Punjabis are a relatively richer community (highest per-capita income earning state in the country) so they have the capacity to vote more. Secondly, UP did not feel strong enough towards Harshit to vote for him.
