  • Where do you get your string?

  • @mymidnightface Art stores.

  • How should you arrange it if you are using 3 colors? Thanks a lot

  • @Savetheworld714 Just space them so they are 123 order repeating.

  • not those arrows the little karot things on the end what do they indicate ?

  • @BOOMxxBOOM92 karot things....? I have no idea what you mean....

  • @BeyondBracelet on the ends of the patterns you said that you have to keep strings for the odd rows and take out strings on the even rows how many strings do you need to take out? which strings? please help!

  • @BOOMxxBOOM92 the edges.

  • does it matter what pair you do first?

  • @haydenm4 I suppose not but you are less likely to miss a pair or mismatch a pair if you work across.

  • can you make a how to read a bracelet graph video i am very stuck and dont understand your old one please help

  • @BOOMxxBOOM92 I have one on how to read the friendship-bracelets(dot)net ones. Did you follow that one or the speed tutorial I had up?

  • @BeyondBracelets yes i cant understand it can you please make a new one thankssss!!!

  • @BeyondBracelets yes I still dont get them their very confusing

  • @BOOMxxBOOM92 I really can't explain it better than this video:

    /watch?v=1NIBj64NUXw

  • @BeyondBracelets on the arrows do you take out bothends or one ... how can you make a bracelet graph because i tried and it wont allow me to put the arrows where i need them to be plz help im veryyyy confused!

  • @BOOMxxBOOM92 On FB.Net you need to click the actual bubbles with the arrows. Each time you click the arrow will change. You need to work from the top down and the strings need to work (from the top down) towards where you will need them in the future. You sort of need to be ten steps ahead of yourself.

  • this is really easy to follow thank you

  • cool i did it

  • @TheTedi3 Congrats. =3

  • Thanks that was really easy to understand..:)

  • Is there a way I can use more strings to make this bracelet?

  • @pitbullgianni Yes, just work in pairs until you've completed the row. The instructions are in the video description- just extend them to fit your desired number of strands.

  • @BeyondBracelets are you still making bracelet videos?

  • @pitbullgianni Yes, but with carpal tunnel it's difficult to do them all the time. I made a plan a while back to do a few "general" crafts in between the bracelet tutorials just to give my hands a break.

  • @BeyondBracelets ok hope to see new ones soon i love your videos! :)

  • you are really good at the bracelets how long does it take you to learn how to make all of them

  • @razzy73 I pretty much either make my own patterns up or follow them but I always have them written down. My memory is pretty poor... pretty much just need it for the initial setup of the strings and after doing a set or so I can remember unless it's a ridiculously long pattern.

  • thanks you this helps

  • where do you buy your string

  • @razzy73 Any art store I've been to seems to sell the floss.

  • This is the cutest bracelet I've ever seen and I tried it exaclty how you did. And mine looks TERRIBLE! :(

  • @IheartTomFelton13 Check my main youtube channel and click the yellow "Start here" button on the banner. It should give you some helpful tips on what could be going wrong.

  • i wish i had magic hands like u

  • @horselover99100 Magic hands... haha.

  • @BeyondBracelets its like math to me! something i just cant get no matter how hard i try :(

  • @horselover99100 Go to the four types of knots video and learn the "forward 4/forward knot" and then check the candystripe tutorial. If you try hard enough you'll get it.

  • @BeyondBracelets ik the 4 word know the back word not ect..i dont know though i always mess something up when im *trying to make a bracelet* ^like these! its just complicated! and im not even joking but ur vids r like the easyest to learn from on utube! im just stupid =(

  • @horselover99100 Nah... you aren't stupid. You just need practice.

Hm... Did you check out my cardboard loom video?

    /watch?v=DCawHdKiDYc

That might help you keep your strands in order. If you use it you'll be able to see exactly what you're doing and be able to focus on the knots only since the strings will be held in order by the loom. Good luck.

  • Looks really cool! It kind of reminds me of smarties (the sweets) because they r all random colors!

  • U sigh a lot.

  • @beccabhabe It's because I'm in pain making these from carpal tunnel. I had to give up my hobby of making them and now I just teach- one set of rows is all I can do before my arms feel like the worst cramp ever.

Also... at this point I had to wrap my arms around a tripod to work so I had less than 5 inches of space for my hands so it impacted all of the pain.

  • when it's finished, how do i tied it to my arm? becouse it is without the buttonhole :/ it might be dificult , sorry my english :$ haha

  • @javitorresruiz I like to buy crimp ends so I can add clasps but if you want you can cut a bit extra length of string and braid on either side.

  • OMG THANKYOU YOUR GOING AT A GOOD PACE NOT TO FAST NOT TO SLOW mine turned out just like your you hav a new subscriber

  • could i do this with just four colors?

  • @BrittneyHanddfeeld Use the same number of strings just make sure you only have four colors.

  • How long would you say for you to actually get 1 done , i mean how long does it take you ; answer back please (:

  • @alexisheartsmyhair Used to take about a half an hour... then I got carpal tunnel and it takes about an hour now.

  • @BeyondBracelets Thanks so much ! am thinking of doing one of these , you got a new subber (:

  • Awesome are there any foreign friendship bracelet patterns?

  • @qtcraftygurl Not sure really.

  • This will be SUPER easy for me because at my vacation Bible school we made bracelets with the forward knotso i know how to do that and the backward knot is the same thing just the other way!!!!SO EASY!!!

  • hey it was my first time doing this bracelets an i like them i made this one that u show us an it was easy i like it thanks for showing it to us how to make it.

  • the back of my bracelet looks weird like all messy..maybe i eed to pull tighter?

  • @ayruko No... pulling tighter won't make a difference. The backs aren't clean... they're weird because it's the back side of so many knots.

  • @BeyondBracelets ohh so is normal?i thought that both sides were soing to be even at the end

  • @ayruko Nope. One side is messy because it's the back of knots. Think of them like needlework art and sweaters, one side is going to have defects and the front will look fine.

  • @BeyondBracelets ok thanks.one favor, can u make a video showing the back sides of your bracelets?i just want to make sure that im not doing something wrong.if its not too much trouble :)

  • i made it with 4 strings it was pretty thin but it was cool...

  • Is there any specific store or website you buy your strings from?

  • @futurefreakz3000 I go to my local Michaels or Craft Store.

  • That was way to fast

  • @AshlynnWay If you understand how to make the knots it's simple since it is just a two row pattern with only two types of knots. If you don't know how to make the knots then I have a video on "The four types of knots" you can follow.

  • WoW

  • I might try it later!:)

  • I did it, and it looks great! Took me a couple tries, hehe. Thanks so much!

  • Good instructions so far!

    Keep up the work.

  • mine looks like a rainbow threw up on it and has a ton of holes

  • @bearbearwings Might be the way you are pulling it. Check my channel and click the yellow button on the banner that says,"Click Here!"

  • was i supposed to use 30 inch strings or 55 inch strings

  • @bearbearwings If you fold it then 55, if you don't fold then 30.

  • @bearbearwings If you fold it then 55, if you don't fold then 30.

  • thats not a beginers

  • @pfflegirl1234567890 Yes it is. They're just a bunch of mixed knots.

  • Thanks, I'll try!

  • i can't make it :''( i think i need more practice

  • @hui490 Try checking my cardboard loom video... might help you out a bit.

  • thank you for your sharing:-)

  • wow that one was so easy im so used to the ones with like 12 strigs but so yea this one was really great i luv ur vids! you do a really great job.

  • i subbed, liked and made the bracelet!!! :D i LOVE ur vids!!! they're easy to understand and i just luv u! :D

  • poor Lisa, you sound so ill in this one.

  • I'm loving your tutorials! Thank you so much for making them.

  • I got so used to looking at backward 4 i wrote my 4 backward on my test xD

  • it so easy i think i can make it i will try

  • What happens if you don't backwards knot it? will it turn out completely different?

  • @tob1boy It will pretty much become a candystripe if you only make forward knots.

  • @BeyondBracelets oh ok. thank you

  • so basically you do the same two things you did in the beginning over and over again? thats what it looks like... great vid tho.

    :)

  • @MsFreckleGirl Yeah. The first and second row repeat over and over again to make them 'stack' into as wide of a pattern as you'd like to make them.

  • :)

  • im not trying to be mean but, ur not giving enough info on the bracelet!

  • @yojenna12 Did you expand [CLICK HERE FOR INSTRUCTION] below the video? I wrote everything I missed down there. I always make a giant description covering everything I said in the video as well as extras.

  • @BeyondBracelets sorry i didnt c that! im sorry!

  • después de tantas vistas ya pude ;)

  • REally good :)

  • How do you make a hounds tooth pattern?

  • @ChelseaEllenGeorge Check friendship-bracelets(dot)net for a pattern to follow.

  • @BeyondBracelets I need help

  • @ChelseaEllenGeorge I have a video on how to read the patterns there. Just look up "How To Read Patterns on Friendship-Bracelets(dot)net"

  • thumbs up if youre making one while watching

  • ta locaso !!!!

  • i love the bracelet u made. the color really matches

  • do u have any four string braceletes?

  • @FrizzySoda15 The Triangle Wave

  • @ephiephira The candystripe is the easiest.

  • @ephiephira YT SEARCH: BeyondBracelets Cardboard Loom

  • @ephiephira Haha... well, you could try the cardboard loom. It might help you.

  • U don't sound to happy doing this video

  • @lovecoach45 I'm sick 99.9% of the time and that makes me sound awful. That aside, I also have carpal tunnel and at this point in time I was forced to bend my wrists at a 90 degree angle around a tripod neck with very little hand room to make knots so that also adds to me sounding frustrated/upset.

  • are you a boty or a girl ?

  • @hiphophan1 My profile says my name is Lisa... so I'm clearly a boy.

  • @BeyondBracelets I thought your a girl . Remember the pictures you posted?

  • @ILoveKristhine I was being funny. Lisa is not a boys name. =P

  • What is a cardboard loom?!?!

  • @4852rose I'm all for helping people but you need to try to search for things yourself... I might not always be here to answer or have the time.

    YT search "BEYONDBRACELETS CARDBOARD LOOM"

  • What is a ardboard loom?! will it look the same as the rag rug pattern?

  • hi can u plz tell is there any video teaching the THE THIN BAND BRACELETS??? which i saw in one of ur videos but cant fine the video which teaches it??? so will u plz tell me the name of that video do reply thanks.....

  • @neelipari25 ► Friendship Bracelet Tutorial 24 - Intermediate - Thin Multicolor Bands & 'Sailors Knot' Braid

  • I keep trying to make this bracelet... it is super hard!! D:<

  • @4852rose try using the cardboard loom. Just YT search "Cardboard Friendship Bracelet Loom"

  • hahahah this is so easy i forgot its just one row fk next bk repeated i just got that thanks

  • @braceletboi01 Yeah, this one is one of the more easy ones.

  • Wow...thanks you teach so welll...love your viedos !!! <3

  • woah! See, i was confused at first....bc when you do a forward knot, you use your left hand when pulling the string, and backward know you use your right hand .. i do the opposite. So dat confuzzed me at first... but i got it.

  • @loverofeverything15 Background dots? I'm not sure what you mean. Black background with random colored dots?

  • I have tried to do this braclet but something looks wrong. maybe i am not pulling the knots tight enough. it seems really loose and it looks like there are some holes. do u think i need to pull tighter?

  • @kimmiekiwi67 Sounds like you might need to pull tighter. Also, make sure to hold the base string firmly and pull the knot upwards on it. The base string is the string the knot is being made on. If you see it loose then try to fix it before starting the ones below it- once you make knots under it the mistake above it will be sealed in.

  • @BeyondBracelets oh k. i thought i was doing something like that. and i think i was mixing up the string too. i am making another one and its looking beter. thanks!

  • @kimmiekiwi67 Well, if you ever have more issues try making the cardboard loom. [YT SEARCH: Cardboard Friendship Bracelet Loom]

  • would you be able to do it with only 4 strings? Please answer back cuz I cant start it without the answer and I ran out of string.

  • @musiclover90868 For this bracelet you will need an even number of strings.

That was in the description. Since four is an even number it will work.

  • You sound like my language arts teacher lmao. And it hate her.

  • @thegirlinhotpink Sorry, I guess.

  • @BeyondBracelets Sorry if you took it as offensive. >_>

  • @thegirlinhotpink Nah, not offended. It just sucks having to hear someone sound like someone you hate... I would want to punch the sound-alike... but that's just me. lol.

  • Rag rug is a cuter name than Confetti bracelet. =^_^=

  • @mysteryloser24 I've heard it called both- I think it looks more like a rag rug to be honest. Confetti bracelet (to me) would probably have a main background (say black) and then have lots of little flecks, but the background would separate them so they wouldn't be touching so much.

  • @BeyondBracelets Yeah, I noticed a comment a little way down asking if they were the same thing, that's why I left my comment. ^^ I think Rag rug is a much cuter name, and, now you've mentioned it, I agree with you. Confetti bracelet does bring to mind a solid color with flecks of other colors on it. Sounds like a good idea for a bracelet actually... Any ideas? :)

  • @mysteryloser24 Haha, maybe I'll do that for new years. =D

  • @BeyondBracelets Sounds like a plan. =P Only, you could say it's fireworks instead of confetti, for new years. ;)

  • Request: can you try and make a bracelet with zebra prints on it?

  • your amazing, ive done almost every video on your channel!

    thankyou so much! :)

  • awesome thanks!

  • you are awesome!! thanks for the tutorials!!

  • please do the 4 color braid i heard of it it looks cool so can you do please\

  • thank you

i always wanted to learn it

  • @Jasmine5713 You're welcome.

  • This took me forever! But when i was done it looked awesome~ thanks :DD

  • OMG THANKS SOOOOO MUCH I ALWAS WANTED TO DO DIS THANKS AGAIN!!! :D <3

  • sooooooo coooooooool!!!!!!!!! i've always thought this would be soooo hard!!!!

  • stupid stupid question! :) are you using DMC string? you know the one you use during cross stitching? tnx! so gonna try this!

  • @bluieful Yeah, I use DMC usually. They have cheaper packs of 105skeins for around $15 but I like the quality of DMC much more.

  • UR AWESOME!!!!

  • @allthingsgirly123 Haha, thanks.

  • Does it have to be 6 or can it be any even number?

  • @Kaitlyn94Marie Any even number.

  • @BeyondBracelets alright, thanks.

  • If I used more strings than that, would i have to increase the measurements?

  • @callmeJakeyyHD Not really. Up to 15 strings 65" is usually fine. Over 15 strings I usually will bump to 70" and after 20 I go to 75" but I've never needed more. It's about 5 inches per 5 extra strings after the 15 mark.

  • how would this look if u only have 4 colors???

  • @Citrisik Less random.

  • is this the same as the confetti bracelet

  • @tylo6897 I googled confetti friendship bracelet and yes. It appears to be the same.

  • when i make a forward knot i make a backwards 4 and when i make a backwards knot i make a forward 4. is that right, can i keep doing that?

  • @CauseWeLikeSushi You're making the bracelet backwards in a sense. The "bubbles" are the proper side. The way you're doing will work but the "front" you see is actually the back of the bracelet.

You can continue but normally the forward knot is a "forward four" and a backward knot is a "backward four"
