Not gonna lie, I am so giddy for this. This is exactly what I needed to get me back into SSFIV. Hate on Capcom all you want ($5 a character IS a little much), but it's great that they can keep the experience fresh and exciting with big additions like this.

Oni isn't really a normal shoto. He has a ton of weird stuff like an air dash attack and a ground stomp. He's about as much of a shoto as Gouken or Sagat is, really.
