  • Nice presentation. I was hoping you'd talked about kefir since you listed it, but you mentioned so many other delicious-sounding foods that it doesn't matter.

  • The audio on this video was somewhat marginal in quality. Let me suggest that you put a lavalier microphone attached to the speakers shirt or use an external mic on a stand. It is not reasonable to rely on the cheesy on camera microphone.
