Well it's a little known fact that Dr. Light's first gig in the robotics industry was designing the animatronic performers for Story Book village.

But like in most fun parks the robots were constantly vandalized and often broke down and fell apart, the Humpty Dumpty robot in particular took a lot of damage so much to the point it had to rebuilt over ten times.

So Mega Man wasn't all that far off with glib comment.
