come n live in luton to know what makes it ghetto/ Luton is mostly a ghetto area very few nice areas, not much investment compared 2 other places, ghettoised communities, london might have more gangs caz its a city of 7 million people but its also got a lot more wealthy middle class and upper class people infact its got more than anywhere else in the uk which evens things out. Plus London gets more investment than most other places Luton gets less than most other places.
