I rather like it, and it is impressive for somepony not very experienced in electro. I find that when doing things related to this keeping something constant throught the entire piece tends to draw attention and keep it. Though for some thing like this you would want something that is around 6 seconds of something unique (an unusual beat) that repeats. Tl;Dr it was nice

The guy mentioning Hell March has a point (even though, naturally, these two songs are different). It was a track from the old strategy game Command & Conquer: Red Alert and goodness, it's a powerful track! You might want to call your "marching attempt" a success.

I'm not sure how you feel about game soundtracks, it might be worth those 6 1/2 minutes to listen to it.

It's from Command and Conquer Red Alert which I never played, but I've heard the song due to it being remixed a bazillion times. It's more techno metal than your piece, but I think you will see why it came to mind. (march march march march)

I figured out why you're sort of a low list celebrity. It's because you don't have your own song art like most do. If you want to get noticed, cover art helps a lot! Just look around. I think it'll definitely help.
