  • Have been in Moab 3 times, will be out there in 5 weeks for another week of off-roading. The other side of what he just went up is really steep. Would have loved to see his face when he went over the top. LOL

  • If I was a 4x4, I'd commit suicide after seeing this.

  • pretty impressive , i did`nt think a sedan would go up that.

  • who needs a jeep is the best kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • i love it,,,,, yee-haw......

  • ***crap on 4x4***

  • suspension looks like its sagging pretty low.

  • Well, ya gotta do what ya gotta do to get to the best bike trails!

    Two thumbs up!!

  • !!!EPIC!!!

  • LSD can go far!

  • ill take the specialized!

  • @SezFromMalygos

    Me too:) Love Downihllllllll:D

  • @rockharz666 i thought about it... he is smart... uphill with the crown vic and down with the bike!!! he is a genius lol :P

  • @SezFromMalygos

    Yep:)

  • uh maybe, just maybe it aint SO SLICK??

  • Someone get that guy a beer!

  • Hahaha , guys you're so funny ;-) hehehe

  • i used to have that exact car, and i drove it up semi arrid dessert hills all the time! i figured go till it spins and than back down, never spun! vics go anywhere with enough speed.

  • That Specialized mountain bike is worth more than the car

  • Dam it, my idea of going to Moab to outrun the cops in my jeep has been destroyed.

  • whats a subaru?

  • Hunmer

  • Now I believe a gunner can do it now Haha but it'll be touch and go

  • Style, class, airconditioning.

  • any car with enough torque and traction can do this

  • im gonna get an rc tonka ricochet rc ricoshet stunt pro cant wait hmmmmm i wonder if it will go over this bet it will

  • nice!

  • to flyerholland. crown vic's have a 5.8 or lager. as for the video, FUCKIN SWEET!!!!

  • @1982Roughneck: The largest factory engine in the Vic's were the 4.6. Even in the P71's.

  • Part of what makes this work is the incredible weight transfer (from front to back) helping to press the rear wheels down. He'd have no luck backing up, whereas a FWD car would do better to back up this hill. Still impressive, no matter how you look at it.

  • There are steeper roads in many cities and towns. ;-)

  • Wheel what you got. Dont hate!!

  • Not sure if this is the same guy we saw, but while we were wheeling on the "Devil's Revenge" trail in Moab back in April 2011, we saw a Crown Vic driving up and down parts of the trail. Shocked to say the least. lol.

  • Yeah they call it BABY lions back for a reason...

And even the other side of this is a hell of a lot more steep that this side.

  • @erikhoeffner - you are wise indeed.

  • sick bike though.

  • True Americans

  • where is part 2 where he gets stuck?

  • Only in Jeep.... NOT

  • Haha I feel bad for Jeep owners right now

  • cheepest crawler around shows up the big boys lol!

  • that guy just dissed all off-road vehicles

  • @BrendanPaulJames Not really, but Moab is quite often made out to sound a lot harder then it really is. Most stock 4x4s can do 90% of the trails out there.

  • wow

  • haha makes disoponited in jeeps

  • Well the engine, trans and rearend are all F150 components. The 03 and up crown vics have boxed frames =)

  • Best damn car Ford ever made!

  • @tjw8T1 yep cause of the v8 its the only thing they got right execpt the evoboost too

  • @wtl1964 Ford got a lot of things right, but I don't care to get into that discussion.

And it's spelled "Ecoboost" by the way.

  • @tjw8T1 i know im just messing with ya .the 3.0l in the torus are e85 compatible 97-2010 and c is next to v on my keyboard . i personal like the v8 ford engines personal that what i meant to say but it came out a little rude.

  • Saw this exact guy while on a hummer tour. Same car. But he also was hauling a 4-wheeler on a trailer up the baby lion's back. It was pretty epic.

  • I'm gonna miss those vics

  • Hold me Beer, watch This

  • Yeeeeeah boooy!

  • @WileySteel yeeeeeee haaaaaaawwwwwww!

  • It's got a cop motor, it's got cop tires, cop suspension, cop shocks. What do you say, is it the new Bluesmobile or what?

  • @redcarsarasota fix the cigarette lighter

  • Bike costs more than the car lol

  • well no sence in ever takeing a 4x4 on that again?

  • at least take the dh off first!

  • love thie bike. worth more then the whole car. GO SPECIALIZED!

  • @ashland82391 that bike is crap

  • @DrChilliWill you must be a cannodale fan lol

  • @ashland82391 Was just about to post your same comment haha

  • how much you sellin' that double crown for old man?!

  • Love this rendition of the song, haha!

  • Haha

  • The climb is not the challenge, I've taken a old Plymouth torismo up there before. The challenge is the climb down where you can't quite see over the hood and not locking the brakes on the way down while the tranny whines in first gear

  • YE-freaking-HA!!

  • hahahahaha.... the viking car!!!!!!

  • Stock tires, stock engine, stock suspension, it's all driver!

  • @aShoe0o

right but not all the cars can do this

  • two words, "RED NECK"

  • niceeeee

  • did he really drive an automatic up there^^

  • thats badass

  • the first few seconds i was doubting it but now..Holy Shit

  • thats when you throw your hands up and go the fuck home. hahaha respect.

  • climb a rock LIKE A BOWSS!

  • Its all about the driver .. Respect..

  • But its not the car.........ITS THE DRIVER!!!!!! And maybe he has been crawlin those rocks longer than you've been around, but he isn't old by anymeans.

  • meh. Thats cool that someone had the balls to do it but its not like that's a very challenging bit of offroading.... its smooth rock.

  • @slappomatt lmao smooth rock there we go... idiot

  • @AlderetteCustoms

wow who pissed in your cornflakes? If you can do it in a crown Vic it cant be very hard now can it? ;)

  • @slappomatt depending on your gearing and the tourque of your engine it can be very hard dumb fuck you cant just take a 4 cylinder with 270,000 miles up a grade like that. also smooth rock especially where it has been drivin on like that is very slick. think about some factors and maybe the guy is a very experianced driver have you thought of that?

  • @AlderetteCustoms On the other hand, sometimes things are assumed hard until somebody tries something different and everyone can see the actual physics that are going on. You're right an old weak car may not make it but that's a far cry than an SUV with advanced capabilities that many would think necessary. Example: some driveways in San Francisco are similar to this climb, with various surface but more tire residue. Some are even steeper. Average cars climb them every day. Residue can also help

  • dam i just spent 50g on a new hummer if i had only known

  • @MrRobertl1974 50k on a hummer?

LOL you must be smoking crack

  • @DreamJ2eaper nah i'm kid'n i would never spend 50g on a hummer if i had 50g i would pay my house off

  • way to go!

  • This is rediculous! I guess I better push my crown vic harder! Who knew?

  • New slogan for Crown victoria "who needs a jeep?". lol

  • I am selling my jeep now. LOL

  • @badbadadmonkey i would seel your Jeep too.... ahhh ha ha ha ha ha

  • v8 torque right there.. 4.6l is asesome!
