some horses just do that because they're excited. you could see the rider holding him back before every jump, he has lots of energy and he's letting go of all of the suspended energy after each jump. less anxious horses wont do that but this one seems excited :)
i dont ride english so i wouldnt know, but just wondering should the horse be kicking up so much after every jump? i know its a way of distributing the landing or something like that but after almost every jump? thats odd idk though i dont jump so i wouldnt know, beautiful horse though looks like he wanted to run haha
Nice round! Very energetic couple there. I gree with SophiaRoseUchiha, he could of give him a little bit more room for his head... but he knows his horse more than we do. Very nice ride
everything was fine. but he should have giving him a bit more room with his head. A horse always jumps better with his head down a bit more. he was fighting for his head the whole time. i don't mean so much room to allow him to buck, but a bit more room would have allowed the horse more confidence. ^_^
Wow! My horse is this horses half brother and its funny because if I didnt know better I would say this is my horse. He does the same exact thing when he does his lead changes, and he has the same face and jumps the same way.
tiedye57, you obviously don't know what you're talking about .. it's tue the horse had a good round, but it takes a very blanced and competent rider to sit bucks like that so well, and to keep such an obviously excitable horse calm.
what ever ok i will tell all of you inexperienced horse about riding!...ok first her feet are 2 far forward...second anyone can sit a buck on my 3rd time i ever rode the horse i was riding was bucking like that and i sat it just fine...and third of all shes not sitting the canter she plopping it :p so there you have it so read and learn inexperienced people who think SHE rode GOOD :p
actually it wasnt so bad and its a he not a she also his feet were fine for jumpers and i would of liked to see his reins a bit longer(he had his reins short cuz his horse is prob a bit hot so then he shouldnt of had on spurs and his reins could of been longer)also entering the ring hos horse should of been on the bit but other than that it was a good round
maybe someone should tell YOU about riding! Her legs are just fine and when you say that she is "plopping" the canter it´s because it makes it easier to follow the horse if it should jump early so that you don´t get left behind xD
showjumpers like her ride canters like that. because you seem to be so smart, how come youv never noticed that nearly all showjumpers dont sit the canter, they lean a bit forward an out of the saddle.
beautiful...1:51 the buck of joy haha

It's his lead change actually. he just has to kick up in the air to change the back.
