  • @DeLiiiRiOuS That is just awesome, scary, funny, beautiful and again scary music! :D Just a crazy movie! =D

  • ?maybe she didn`t want anyone to know what she looked like?

  • who the fuck cares, who copies who?!

is the film good? yes it is. than why the fuck wonder on anything else? get over it...

  • you are right men...who the fuck cares ...ha ha ...and wtf with this people ,using the comments as a chat fucking room. oh another thing Korean movies are really good.

  • That's EXACTLY what I was saying one month ago that K-horror is good, when this weirdo suddenly comes and says to me: "Korea copies Japan, they suck", so it wasn't ENTIRELY my fault for all this, all I said was K-horror is good then BAM! A lame person comes and starts a retarded argument, so don't blame it all on me, I didn't start it, I just tried to make that person shutup for gods sake

  • Same with you, who cares If you "don't care", why talk about this ANYWAY? That argument is so old, do NOT talk about it, Just SHUTUP, stop talking about it, okay? I mean, it's been ages since it was over already!!!

  • That argument is so old... and whats than?! i can't write down my own opinion, huh?!

I talk about, what I want to talk about, and WHEN I wanna talk about it!

  • okay..

  • Racist cunt

  • You are so mean.

  • hahahahaha, YOU are mean, right?

because YOU are the one started talking shit about this all!

    YOU are mean.

  • Ok, I get the pint, I see Korea has used many ideas of japan, I just didn;t get why I couldn;t get over it... oh, I was just wondering if you knew, but is Korea the only one that uses ideas from japan or do other countries also copy Japan? (Just wondering)

  • not ONLY koreans, but they do copy from Japan the most.

and really look around korean made snacks, and food, they are mostly Japanese originals, such as "pocky", "sapporo ichiban", "kinoko no Yama", or "Koara no march", "Yan yan", oh man, you name it, cars, movies, all the etc...

but the Japanese copy America and after they copy, they invent something cool, and make everyonelse wnt to copy Japan!

  • I see, so it's like Japan gets some American ideas and makes something better out of them, causing Korea and others wanting to make even more legends out of them? Explained shortly, it's like a cycle, except Japan does the best job?

  • i think you should look up korean history and then you know why korea is simialr to japan and china

  • Ok, I get the point, Korea copies Japan, and that's that, because Japan makes so awesome stuff Korea just had to use their ideas, am I correct?

  • korea gave japan an idea *one missed call* they nicked the idea from the korean film phone ( we all nick eqach others ideas end of the day lol so who cares???)

  • Excuse me? Who is the one who said get over it? Why are you keep on talking to me and bringing up this topic again? Seriously. and all those people who said "who the fuck cares" ask yourself this, how long has it been since the last comment of that argument was posted? We are over it already, YOU are the ones that are bringing this stupid subject back!

  • Lol I also said that they both get inspired by each other's ideas, then that person keeps saying "No, Korea gets all their products, culture, ETC from Japan, you idiot!" which I think is really retarded.

  • Hey joyouslife4all, I know I'm being very mean, but I have one question. When you said Korea copies Japan, were you only talking about some particluar films or everything?

  • In case anyone here is interested, I'll make a lit of copied films from both countries.

    1. Japan's "Apartment 1303 copied Korea's "APT"

    2. Korea's "White Room" copied Japan's "Ringu"

    3. Japan's "The Haunted School" copied Korea's "Whispering Corridors"

    4. Korea's "Ryeong" copied Japan's "Ju-On"

    5. Japan's "Uzumaki" copied Korea's "Acacia"

    6. Korea's "Blood Pledge aka Suicide Together" SOOO copied Japan's "Suicide Circle and Suicide Club"

So yeah, neither country is innocent, but jap ones=good!

  • And joyouslife4all, once again, I apoloigize for making such a big deal about this. But yeah, Jap ones are much better, but Korea didn't copy. They were influenced, inspired, and got some ideas FROM Japan, not COPY. I understand if you disagree, but I'd just like to say sorry for wasting your time.

  • I've got to say neither Japan or Korea are innocent. Kore and Japan, for a long time always had similar lifestyles. I swear Korea Japan are very similar. Their similar history's might be the reason why their films are so similar it sometimes seems that one is copying. I also have to admit J-horror has lots more films and scarier ones than Korea, and that might be the reason why people think Korea copies, because Japanese ones are so good. Although they are good, I can't say Korea copied.

  • WTF, Japanese doesn't make such great stuff. I just noticed something. I think maybe BOTH countries may be copying each other, because Whispering Corridors and Ringu were released at the same time, and the Jap and Korean movies started getting similar after that. I'm sure apartment 1303 copied korea's apt, and i'm sure that unborn but forgotten copied ringu and dark water. I swear I am NOT trying to offend Japan. I'm just WONDERING why people think Korea copies. Any suggestions, anyone?

  • hahahahaha,

    they copy each other?

since where did you get that wild guess??

what the fuck are you talking about?

and want to ask other opinions cos you cant even explain it by yourself?

face it, you have started this, and you have started commenting on my writing.

and why dont you just get it over with it by yourself?

cant even make explanations by yourself, so you want to call friends for back up?

    that explained everything now.

    just wasting my time!

  • because i know some films that kore amdae first and then japan made films usin it's ideas

  • You're the one with the weird eyes or whatever. Korea's history is older than Japan's, so wouldn't that mean Japan copied Korea's culture? What kind of person thinks Korea copied Japan's culture? That is the lamest thing I've heard in years.

  • hahahahha,

someone here still cant see what he/she (most likely she) is talking about.

    you are lame.

  • And where did YOU get the wild guess of Korea coping Japan? Where the hell did you get that stupid idea? And where did you get the wild guess of Korea coping "culture"? That's just ridiculous.

  • yeah, thats ridiculous! hahahahaha

    you are ridiculous! hahahaha

  • Ah, now I understand... I get it now. You're just saying all that shit just because you're obsessed with Japan, because Korea never copies Japan, as everyone else except you knows that... I see that you're an obsessed fan of Japan... what a Phsycho...

  • and you are so obsessed with korea, and look whos talking.

hey, this conversation between you is not going anywhere, because you are obviously a brainless moron, and trying to defend korea by telling me that their culture is older thanJapan's? hahahaha,

but look who makes the history of their own and who dont?

    thats the difference.

and look at your bunch of comments you are making here!! look like you are a broken robot with useless data coming out! lol

  • Hey I was just wondering, is Korea the only one you know of that uses Japan good ides, or do other countries also copy japan? Is the Korea the only one?

  • Uh, ideas are circulated worldwide.

Some people have similar ideas to others, or improve and combine different ideas.

As for Korea copying Japan's movies, MOST asian horrors are SIMILAR in some way. In fact, lots of movies are extremely similar.

Korea had their own good scary ideas, and so did Japan.

Hell so did Europe, America, Africa, etc.

    No country is better.

Iraq is great too. Respect other country's cultures.

  • Yeah, a lot of these movies are based off of old legends, too. They're not just pulling these things out of their ass you know. lol

  • @closurehascomex whoa what you just said made me more freakin' scared

  • Yes, this may be true -- the makers of such movies did not pull these stories out of their asses -- but at some point in the past someone -- those legend cookers -- did some ass pulling. :-)

  • @closurehascomex didn't the women in some horror movies with the long black hair covering their faces have something to do with a woman named "ora?" :(

  • @closurehascomex I am so comforted by that...

  • I suggest joyouslife4all stops saying Korea copies without any PROOF. He or she does not have ANY PROOF Korea copies Japan. Do you have any PROOF? You might want to stop saying "copy" and start saying Korea was "inspired" or "influenced" or "got some ideas from Japan" , not COPIED. Using that word is so immature. And did you know? It's not wrong to use other ideas from other countries.

  • so why dont you get PROOF that koreans didnt!

its obvious, and if you cant tell that koreans dont copy Japanese, then something is wrong with your eyes or mind.

    get it straight boy!

  • Look, I already posted a comment about this, but I think both countries copied because the films are so similar. And I also gave a list of the movies Korea copied Japn and Japan copied Korea

  • How is it "obvious"?

  • You people are so dumb... everyone always supports Japan because they never hear about the horrible things they did to Korea in the past. And even if the Koreans copied (which they didn't), it's sorta fair coz Korea would have the right to do that comparing to Japan's filthy actions... I guess people only know about "Yotsuya Kaidan" but not "Cheo-Nyo Gwishin" which is the same thing with a different name...

  • Those asian horror comes from BOTH Korea and Japan, doesn't anyone know they BOTH had the whole host thing since the old, old times? Japan was just first to use it in a film, but they are innocent because they never claimed it was originally theirs, and SAME WITH KOREANS, who also never said it was theirs. BOTH are innocent, no one fucking copied each other!

  • and the reason why japan never mentions that their ideas are from korea is because they were the first to use it in a film, and they just want all the credit for coping korea...

  • there is a story and history of asian ghost that started with long hair was in Japan called "Yotsuya kaidan" and this is the original ghost stories from 100s of years ago!

basically Japan never copies from korea(why should they?) and koreans are the ONE that copies Japan and telling everyone on the net that they are the original.

  • dude, clam down, i was just kidding... it was a joke... i was only saying that because someone said koreans copy, which they don't... they actually had the whole black hair thing at the same time as japan, called "Cheo-Nyo Gwishin", so jap and korea are actually even, no one copied, so i suggest people stop this crap, because they both had the aspect since 100s of years ago... i dont know why you people think it's originally from japan... they both had it you know...

  • I have a feeling...

    arent you korean?

I have a feeling that you are korean trying to tell me these stuff to defend your own culture.

Japanese and koreans are NOT even I think.

I have watched numbers of Japanese movies, and korean films as well.

but as you should know that, you koreans DO copy most of things from Japan.

its just that your wish that these are originally from korea,

you oreans copy Japanese because they make such great stuff and koreans get jealous. thats all.

  • no, im not korean. but i do think its wrong to say korea gets jealous and hates japan or anything. besides, you dont even have any proof korea copies japan. and you might think koreans copy because the films are similar. they are just similar, no one copied.

  • ok, so if you are not korean, then, why would you support koreans so much?

you have to understand that the koreans do copy most of Japanese products, and culture over all.

  • im not supporting koreans so much, im just saying its wrong to criticize them

  • No they don't. No one in the world believes in that crap except you. What kind of statement is that? Copies products, cluture and overall? That is the most STUPID thing I have EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE! I don't know any person in the world including Jap people who agree with that shitty comment of yours. Even Japanese people copy Koreans sometimes, especially clothing, since Kimono's were created by being influenced by Hanbok

  • I just read in a Japanese and Korean history book, that the Cheo-Nyo Gwishin is 429 years older than Yotsuya Kaidan... which proves it, but I still think no one actually COPIED, it's so stupid to think that.

  • I just read in a Japanese and Korean history book, that the Cheo-Nyo Gwishin is 429 years older than Yotsuya Kaidan

    ?????????????

from what sourse r u talking about?

and why are u getting in to such historic topic which is older and which is younger?

and u obviously dont sound like u r kidding around?

u are telling me such bull shit that its NOT even a whole true stories?

  • im just saying that korea didnt copy... coz people kept on saying korea copies japan, and im only tryind to give korea at least some credit by proving they did NOT copy Japan, so please, calm down... im sorry if i offended you or anything...

  • nice

    M.V.B Films

  • this is just another copy cat movie from the Grudge, or Ringu.

I like the ORIGINAL way better than these korean copy cat movies.

  • It's the U.S that copies. lol

  • and so is korean. lol

  • I dont think so, name one that the asian people copies.

The US copied One missed call, The grudge, The ring, Pulse and Mirrors.

  • I'm not just talking about the horror movies, I'm talking about many other things, and I just have too much of list here that koreans copy Japanese stuff and claims that its the korean original.

cant you even name one here instesd of asking me to name one?

  • i just named 5!

  • ok, and even the whole dea of his korean horror movie concept is so much like the Japanese horror movies.

this one(face) is another copy from the Japanese horror movie.

believe me honey, look n to Yotsuys kaidan, which is one of the worlds oldest horror story in the world, and most of the asian horror movies get the idea from this YOTSUYA KAIDAN and even todays Japanese horror movies as well!

  • Ah, now i understand. You mean that the korea copies japanese movies - i thought you meant that Korea copies The movies U.S.A makes =_=

  • so I enjoy watching any kinds of horror movies, and I really like the Japanese horror movies for long time even before RINGU, or JYUON(the grudge), or RASEN.

there are so many good horror movies from old time Japan.

check out "YOTSUYA KAIDAN" or "ROKURO KUBI" or "OKIKU".

they are old, but great movies.

    ah, also "YUKIONNA"(snow woman).

    they are also good!

  • um, korea's "Cheon-Nyo Gwishin" is also 1000s of years old, it was actually known the same time as japan, no one copied each other, they both had it. the long black haor thing existed in both countries as it was a tradition that at certain times women had to wear white clothes with untied long black hair...

  • ok, where is the source that this cheon nyo is 1000 years old?

koreans do not usually keep track on the right history records, so I'd like to know how korean stories are actually 1000s of years old. NEVER heard of it.

and asians have black hair anyway, and do you kow why these gohsts hwear white clothes?

  • how do you know koreans dont keep track of history?

  • look at their history and tell me why!

  • And also, just because Japanese and Korean movies are similar, you can't just immediately assume someone copied the other. There are millions of movies out there that are so similar, but no one says one of them copied, so why say this with Jap and Koreans!

  • did you know the whole "long black hair" aspect came from korea? ringu's idea of the ghost was used by coping the koreans. besides, that ghost style was first invented in korea, japan wa sjust only the first to actually use it in a film, so basically all the ideas and ghost creations are korean, japan just never mentions it.

  • Hey, I just wanted to say I'm sorry to offend you. I totally agree that Jap movies are much better than Korean ones, and they also made alot more. And I believe that's why you think Korea copies, because the Jap ones are so good. But I still think neither Japan or Korea is innocent, because Korea didn't copy Japan, they just make crappier ones than Japan, but never copied, Japan just has better ones,

  • oh guys, in asian horror movies the ghost have long black hair cuz there is a ghost character, that looks like that. ghost that seeks vengeance.

it's so annoying that everybodys come's with this shit, that 'ooh black hair, pale face, it's just the same.' no it's not. i never get bored of asian horrors. love it <3

  • Its not spelled Corean its spelled "Korean"...get it right...:)

  • is it scarry? it just looks like other horror movies.. with a girl and a long black hair. so common.

  • Check it out and you will find out if it is scary or not. Oh and the reason for the long black hair, I dont know if you realized this or not but since this is a Korean horror and most chics in Korean have black hair, duh its going to be common. It looks pretty good in my opinion.

  • some guy talked about onryō, wiki it, so u'll know why they r all black haired x)

  • Looks So Fuckin Horrible!!!

  • it reminds me of the grudge. most korean and japanese movies have horror movies have a dead girl with long black hair

  • Most asians have long black hair XDDD"

  • oh shit..it IS corean!! sorry

  • i dont think it's corean 'cause corean font is way different

  • It is korean^^! that's 100% korean font^^!

  • okay,thanx a lot!

  • hoy!

  • when they show the hair floating it reminds me of the wig trailer

  • the wig is a very good movie about jealousy, revenge, sisterly love and lose.

the ending was really sad, i hated it, and loved it just the same...

  • i've never seen a korean horror film without a lot of hairs on it.lol

  • watch Tale of 2 sisters !

  • i've watched it a couple of times.

  • its an ok movie

  • That is creepy! I loved it though!

  • i just rented this movie, i hope it's as good as it looks...
