Eric Woolfson just passed away, so show some respect, please. Anyway, he and Alan Parsons were both notorious atheists, stating this in more than one interview. Please, inform yourself before spreading misinformations. (I'm a Christian by the way)
By yourself expose the backward and forward messages by the "Alan Parsons Project" (Eric Woolfson and Alan Parsons), specially their album "The Turn of a Friendly Card" (1980)."
So the subtext of writing that in the info of a video called "Message to Members of Israel" is that in the works of The Alan Parsons Project there are messages pro or against Israel. That's the reason why I told you that both the writers of TAPP were not interested in doing that because they were atheists (and, I have to add, very kind and openminded persons). Don't want to sound harsh, but we supporters of TAPP are pretty annoyed by misinformations about them, 'cause there are too many around.
Scripture tells us not to be contentious. Even Michael W. Smith admired the musical ability of TAPP; however, if TAPP was made only by neutral atheists as you assert, how is it that their Albums were filled with the mysteries and the symbology of the occult? It is, by the secrets of the plural and fallen gods? Please, if you have time and want to do it, do your homework; or do you want somebody else to do it 4U... ?
Answering to your only real question, that also was repeated ad infinitum in interviews. Most of the visual references were original ideas by Storm Thorgerson, the creator of the artworks only. The other references (the few ones in lyrics and titles) were included as an intellectual game by Eric, but never intended to brainwash. Eric (or Alan) never told "follow this" or "follow that" (like maybe some other bands did), neither explicitly or implicitly. You can ignore the facts, but they remain.
