You can get on top of the plane you just need lightweight and a care package marker so u can run and jump farther... Land on the boxes, jumping off of the inflatable raft thingy, then sprint and jump onto the nose of the plane

Theres another spot on here. Where you jump on a window at spetz spawn. Climb that one ladder thing and as soon as you get to the big propane tank turn left and jump on that window ledge. And your basically going to have a huge advantage because you can see just about everything.
