It's not because a guy, who is really talented, does a cover, of a band you love, that you think is terrible does not mean the band suck and deserve to die. I love three days grace, i love alice in chains, i love this cover and i even love avril lavigne. If you hate it, it doesn't mean it's bad, music is for everyone.

@Kurtagx aic wouldnt die out. their music will live on forever. bands come and bands go. but raising your old band back from the dead just to market your new album better is pathetic. many agree with me. its called loyalty. they pretend layne would have wanted this. layne started multiple bands after he left aic in 94ish before doing some shows with them again in 96. cantrel made 2 solo albums that didnt sell good. so now hes using aic's old name to sell his new one. not hard to comprehend.

@nashnwo1234 the "raised" AIC is doing a fine job - its not a marketing scam. its called a reunion, to remind the people that AIC is back and that once there was an era of grunge. and i'm not so sure Staley would believe his friend, bandmate, would use his name and band to make money for his own gains only, cus i think hes just carrying on Staleys work and giving grunge lovers some hope - and that to me is loyalty.
