If they start to do something you dont want them to do grab their neck and push them to the ground and hold them until they submit. and ALWAYS correct him immediatly. Also make sure he's getting at least 3 hours of hard excersise a day or all his energy will turn into aggression.
@TaniiaMoreira then use that to your advantage. or you car run him for a good 15-20min then do some obedience training. Remeber a tired dog is a happy dog :)

@botaxili What´s wrong with putting a dog in a cage. When you´re not home it´s pretty normal to put the dog in a cage so it doesn´t destroy your house. My friends 11 month old Presa Canario totally destroyed her apartment when she left her alone at home for half an hour. The couch was ripped up, the dog food sprawled all over the floor, pee and poo all over the place and her pillows were practically killed. It´s important to teach a dog to stay in a cage from it´s a small puppy.

@maharley27 actually collies are typically nasty! Stats on these dogs are skewed. Multiple breeds are lumped together and called "pit bulls" leading to higher numbers on the records. Read Ontario Canada's description of what "pit bull" means... basically any dog they want.
