They state that this was an EF4 with 200 mph winds- that's incorrect. It was an EF5 with winds of around 190 mph. (Yes, EF5 tornadoes are categorized to have winds of over 200 mph, however, the rating a tornado gets is based on the amount of damage it causes, not wind speed.)

@efy324 this tornado had winds of over 200mph. they calculate the wind speeds after accessing the damage. so they actually go by wind speed.
