  • John, you're quite right on all counts. We did talk to the two people you mentioned who were happy to be included.

  • Hearty thanks and best wishes to the staff and volunteers at the Night Shelter, some of whom are members of St Lawrence parish.

  • In the opening scene, the actor is sitting outside the door of St Lawrence Church, in the Square. The church is normally open in daytime, but it's closed at night of course - it has neither the facilities nor the staff to look after homeless people.

    When the scene changes to the High Street, as the actor emerges from the passage leading from the Square (0:30) he passes two real homeless people sitting outside the pasty shop on the corner.
