  • um why are there cadets without hats?????????

  • also can someone tell me the name of this march?

  • Ahh, i love annual parade. Im from 338 SQN. Why are there cadets (excusing rank) with no hats??? Anyways your drill looks great.

  • AT 324 and loving it!

  • how many cadets were on this parade?

  • why have you got NCO's carrying swords?

  • Yea i remember ya. Im Big Watty.

  • @fatman629 I don't think it's possible to forget Watt :P

My new sqn shits me through the roof >.<

  • @zestfulbeamer

Haha my new unit is great, i fly around in blackhawks, blow shit up, and fix the chopper when they break. Dont join airforce, ARA is much more fun.

  • @fatman629 I was never planning on joining the RAAF, only reason im in the AAFC is cause the AAC are shit haha I'm defs an army man tho, I'm going GSO next yr

  • Haha yea man.

  • @fatman629 Don't suppose ya remember me. CDT Dowell, I was the Danish one who joined mid '08 haha

  • Haha this shit cracks me up. That was me without the hat =D 3 Years later it happens again on my kapooka marchout.

  • @fatman629 Were you the FLTSGT at the rear?

  • 212 SQN! all the way babi

  • HAHAHAHA nice music that was stolen from the Royal Australian navy band CD On the Quarterdeck haha

  • @NAVY76 No, the music was done by the RAAF band.

  • WHERE WAS THE HAT

    :/

  • @TheC17A Right at the end when the guy sits down, you can see a lone hat on the ground

  • @TheC17A It fell off during the parade, as it is a parade you cannot move to pick it up unless you are the parade commander or warrant officer.

  • 0:43 lol cadet didn't have a hat, why was he allowed to march? pretty good standard of drill though

  • @waterblaze It fell off during the parade.

  • 315!

  • 334 sqn!

    anyways, PICK THOSE ARMS UP!

  • there not turning there heads on the wheels

  • @zmcle8 Turning of the heads seems to be rapidly disappearing as I don't think it's in any of the drill manuals

  • @DawningAge1 The turning of the heads is clearly stated in DI (AF) AAP 5135.001 Manual of Drill.

  • @zestfulbeamer I know, but people teach from the instructor/student notes not the actual drill manual and I'm fairly sure turning your heads on a wheel isn't mentioned in the instructor notes manual.

  • @DawningAge1 On a command, it is, but on parade (like the video above), it's considered an Auto-wheel, so you don't turn you heads

  • @DawningAge1 I think it is, although the Manual of Drill Doesn't specify which foot a wheel is called on, so maybe you are right, but I think its just general concensus around the AAFC, the weird thing is, drill seems to variate acording to wing.

  • @zmcle8 Yes they are.

  • 311 is the best.

  • My mistake, it was in 2008 lol
