I remember being a 15 year old kid watching the Need You Tonight / Mediate video from INXS on MTV in 1987 and my father walking by in his suit (he was a lawyer), looking, stopping, and then pointing a finger at the screen while muttering "They stole that idea from Bob Dylan." I was like, "Whaaaat???" and he started in with "Johnny's in the basement mixin' up the medicine...." I thought he was nuts at the time but in retrospect, it was a great introduction to this song.
