i went and bought all of these from tescos today , all 8 seasons in czech and english , i cant think of a better way for me to learn this very hard language . greetings from svetnice , 39 years living in manchester england and now i live in the most fantastic countryside of the czech republic.

I like both!:-))) -> though I understand that english version not very easy to listen for not native speakers 'cause of the slang....

but it's really fun - especially 'cause Lister's accent is similar to czech pronunciation:-) (for instance: run -> pronounced [ r u n ] not [ r ə n ] )

English is pretty simple language(if you don't count Old English) and I always liked that construction of sentences&phrases in English is logical. Czech language has more freedom in the way you construct sentences which can be pretty confusing...

On the other hand Czech pronunciation is simple(everything written how said) and words actually mean something(easy to guess the meaning) - English pronunciation doesn't make sense and many english word have nothing in common with anything else!
