Interviewing Tips - What Is Your Greatest Weakness?

If the interviewer says you did not answer my question, my question is "What is your greatest weakness" not "What was your greatest weakness". How do I answer? (My answer was a weakness that was already overcome)

@reyco1982 What you want to do whenever you can is to cite an example that you are continuing to overcome. We usually do not ever fully overcome a real weakness. What we do is put systems in place to help us deal with them. So, you should be able to reply by pointing out that you still struggle with the weakness.

You can also always cite another weakness. But again, note that at the least you are working on it. The idea is to show that you are aware and proactive.
