There are about 50 Chernobyls worth of fuel there. There's nothing they can do to solve this. Nuclear radiation has been spewing out for 3 months now. Through bio-accumulation and hot particles, the likelihood of large-scale death is very high. The fact that monitoring agencies worldwide have stopped providing any readings is a very bad sign.
