Lets analyse this:

1. Btwn 0:01 and 0:03 can see the ufo coming of right and stoppin above the building.

2. Btwn 0:04 and 0:10 can see a weird activity like if something solid was gettin down or gettin up btwn the ufo and the buildin (bodies??)

3. At 0:17 launchs the beam and then the light of building just is cutted off.

I guess that is video is authentic!! I guess that the beam wasnt necessary a lethal charge to damage the building! Im sure that some fast abducing happened there!

The 'over exposure' burn on the video after the lighting discharge certainly adds an element of realism. But again, where is this? It can't be CCTV footage as there's no frame pause. Even the Pentagon don't have real time video CCTV. Why was a camera running full time. I'm not convinced, of anything, ever, come to think of it.

So im saying the government might actually be hiding stuff about aliens because there is probly a war going on between the government and the aliens but i dont think so that much..

I recently put a comment on the original video saying it probly was looking to drain some energy to leave the planet or fly around and it got from the building.. or to take the power away from the FBI building to stop something or for some reason..

But with this to me looks like some teleportation is going on.. the aliens might be going inside the building and getting some stuff then the FBI agents saw and tried to stop them.. and the aliens just shot at the building and left.
