@thienly track you want tighter geometry, street you want but done necesarly need more relaxed geometry (no toe everlap, more upright sitting, and barspin clearance if you are into that kind of stuff)
@thomasward00 Its a track bike. meant for racing not riding to indie shows. this has nothing to do with a movement, fixies have been on the velodrome since before the dawn of time

first of all i meant to say fork, and ive been riding for 4 years and my dad for 20, and he told me that they are supposed to be straight and most track bikes i see have a straight fork, now if you don't believe me look at pictures of track bikes and then tell me i don't now shit about bikes
i would have to disagree with him about the lower bottom bracket. i ride fixed in NYC and i have crashed a few times leaning too sharp on corners (i later learned to just skid around them)
There isn't any reason to lower the bottom bracket, especially on fixed gear. Hell, even on my Cannondale and Specialized both, I've hit the pavement with my pedals and neither of those are fixed gear. The bottom bracket on most road bikes are already too damned low, and with a fixed gear, you don't have a choice about where the pedal ends up when you go into a turn.
@grumpy723 Maybe you should understand before making failed comments, Troncrete is talking about the fact that the builder would have made a lower bottom bracket were it a street bike. Tron disagrees because even riding in town you can run into the problem of pedal scraping.
wow i love how everyone is like uhhhh color uhhh and customer just wants to race..... you guys suck dick

Not any gayer than techno and street fixed gears with a frame from 1988, you minus well use it as an anchor weight.
IT'S ALL ABOUT PERFORMANCE.
You should check that video out though, it's hilarious.

he clearly said it is a track bike, and thats what it says in the desc.
tracks have fixed banks. thats what it is built for.
it is not made for riding in NYC.
it is made for kieran, so maybe you shouldnt disagree until you understand.
