  • Thanks. No need to subtitle really, even though I understood only 3 words your actions are clear. My 14-mo daughter is falling asleep on my back now.

  • Thanks so much for this! I was on my way to help my 1st grader's class with crafts and needed a wrap style for my 1yo that was quick. Your video came up first and it was so easy to remember the steps on the way to the school. He almost fell asleep while I wore him like this and everyone loved the way I was wearing him. Good job! :)

  • Cute!! That is a happy looking baby! Looks complicated to do, I'd have to get someone to help me probably.

  • I think Im able to understand what she is saying with out knowing a word shes speaking

  • I make my own baby wraps and they are only $25 each if anyone wants one feel free to call or text me at 816-337-2280 or click on my name to see the website where you can go buy one! Find out how to get a FREE 1 too! Google Cuddle Me Close Baby Wraps to find my website! (CMCBabyWraps)

  • WOOOOW! i want to try this before thanksgiving! can you do this with a 3M old baby?

  • I just discovered the benefits of the wrap, as my little one gets older (9 months) and is bored when she's on my back in a low-hanging carrier such as the Ergo. With a wrap and a carry like this, she's high up on me and can see what's going on, watch me do the dishes, etc. Long wraps enable the child to participate more in the world around her.

Det er sjovt at høre en video på dansk! Jeg begyndte at lære dansk for 7-8 år siden, og det er godt at øve mig lidt. Tak!

  • Great video, thanks. How long is your wrap?

  • You make this look so easy! I couldn't understand your language, but I could see the steps with no problems. I can't wait to try it with my son. I like that the child has so much back and bottom support. Thank you.

  • o rany ale ona tym dzieckiem wymachuje

  • hello babyyyyy...He's so cuteeeeeeeeee ♥♥♥.... Thank you for this video! help me a lot! =D

  • Wonderful tutorial! Thank you!

  • @eadesb the carrier used here is not just some long "noose." it's a wrap, a fabric woven specifically for carrying babies. also, this mom is obviously very experienced with wrapping . & likewise, her baby has "learned" to coordinate his body w/ his mom's as she wraps. i'm sorry you are too ignorant to educate yourself of the benefits of what this mom is doing, so much so that you are suggesting that wraps should be banned.

  • That's really good but is it suitable for heavy toddlers?

  • yes, i have used this carry with both kids until they didn't need carrying :-) the weight distribution is good. if you want, you can tie the ends around your waist instead of the final knot on the chest. but if you have narrow shoulders like me, that knot is what makes this carry possible ;-)

  • people who carry their baby on thier back reminde me of sacagawea

  • all I could pay attention to was how cute the baby is.

  • Thank you very much your baby it's so sweet.

  • Amaaaazing...

  • i loved the baby's smile at the end... that was soo cute! jeje

  • the baby loves it!

  • Dang, I'd work up a sweat getting that on. Cute baby.

  • The kid seems more than happy with the arrangement.

  • I wanna see her try it with the dog in there lol

  • i have actually carried one of my cats in a ring sling but i think i'll pass on the dog ;-)

  • how about some subtitles

  • I might, when i have the time :-)

  • I have a thibk Amazonas wrap. will it work for my 5 month old? thank you!!1

  • sorry, only just saw this - yes!!

  • Tak Sisse og Falke-lækkermås... Nu kan selv jeg vist finde ud af det:-)

  • Hiya, how old shall the baby be before attempting this carry?

  • i'd say 4-6 mo - good head control and back strength.

  • I have carried my newborns like that, I have a Video how to tie it here in youtube. But it must be very properly done, the knees of the baby must be higher thab its buttos and the clotht must be tighter around the baby, there should not be any folds, so that the babys spinal cord, from head to down is supported well. It cannot be to tight if a good clothes (Storchenwiege, Didymos, Hoppediz, Lana, Bebina, Girasol) is used. If you bend down (backwards if tight on your back......

  • ..... the baby shoult stay cloth to your body with its wohle body (head, breast, belly, legs) and it should not go away from your body at all. Then it is correct.

You finde my video under my name, just that it is German.

  • Got it! Thanks! I was wearing just the front-style and tried rucksack carry for the first time. it helped a lot! BTW, he is sleaping on my back right now :=)

  • Bruker skulle jeg skrive...

  • Er det ett elastisk sjal du burker`?

  • nej, det er en vævet fra storchenwiege.

  • Skøn Video.. for søren en lækker unge.. :)

  • mange tak :-D

  • Hi there,

    thanks for this video!

Do you recommend having the baby's arms out?

  • yes, you can have the baby's arms out, if you prefer :-)

  • Thank you for the tutorial. This wrap works very well.

  • Awesome tutorial! I just got my 4.1 Anna :D

    (cute cat)

  • Thanks so you said size 3 did it shrink from size 3.75? Everyone keeps saying to do what you did here I would need a 4.1? I am 5'4" 134 lbs can you tell me your size in this video to get a better idea of size wrap needed. I don't want a lot of wrap left over.

    thank you

  • the size 3 is 3,75 meters long when it's been washed :-) i think i'm 5'1" or 2" (1,6 meters) and 105 lbs (47 kilos), so i'm very small. size 4 would probably be just right for you, and you wouldn't have much excess material.

    and you're welcome :-)

  • A "size 3" is a 3.2m wrap. Storchenwiege aren't sized like Didymos are - but the length 3.7m is a size 4. Most people can tie a tibetan finish rucksack with a 3.7-4.2m wrap (size 4/5)

  • what size wrap is this?

  • this is a size 3 (3,75 meters) storchenwiege inka :-)

  • Thanks for the help!!

    hugs from Brazil
