I'd guess that Grand Battle and Unlimited Adveture probably didn't sell well enough for Bandai to take the time to localize the games, and on top of that, Bandai seems to have moved on to the newer consoles, as I don't think they've released any PS2 games in a while.

@Nionel and plus Grand Battle characters are made in chibi form and the maps are a bit too childrish they tried to make OnePiece a joke ? but unlimited adventure was really good and i saw unlimited cruise and it was better than the other games by far but saddly, i don't think it will be released here
