Omfg i just made one now with pepper jack cheese and a lil seasoning mixed with the ground beef... And that was the best burger in my life cooked perfectly the burger melted in my mouth
Can you fry them on a skillet as well or do they have to strictly be on the grill? My grill is not operational at the moment and I still want a Juicy Lucy?
How long did you cook the second side after you flipped the burgers? What temp did you have your Weber grille at? Ive got one like it so it should be easy to duplicate, I'll know in a couple of days, I am already hungry!
me and and my bro made our own our own way and they were easily the best cheeseburgers i have ever had. we also stuffed the burger with chopped hot link and bacon.
sumptuous.

use ground sirloin, it tastes better and has less shrinkage. Also, if you make your patties on wax paper they wont tear when you pick them up.

I think she means the high fat content will make the burger melt more, allowing the cheese to melt faster, idk
