  • use ground sirloin, it tastes better and has less shrinkage. Also, if you make your patties on wax paper they wont tear when you pick them up.

  • me and and my bro made our own our own way and they were easily the best cheeseburgers i have ever had. we also stuffed the burger with chopped hot link and bacon.
