We play no FPS limits at some Hawaii locations. Most people who get KIA w/ high FPS is far away. Also, those who've played w/ high FPS usually are more responsible & don't hold the trigger since they've probably been on the receiving end other high FPS guns. Besides, most people who are hit w/ any high FPS guns would surrender immediately unless they a masochist.

@loribit85 well.. im in airsoft for like 2 years and i never saw someone who was in injured like loosing teeth or something. And i was on many events, even on Ardeny (600+ people)

noone got hurt like that. If you are responsible you can deal with 400,500,600 fps.

LMG/MMG/HMG FPS limits here are normally 400FPS, to give them some range advantage over the 350FPS assault weapons.

FPS are overrated ... an LMG has to deliver supression to the enemy. No matter if the FPS is high or not. Even precision is not as necessary.

I'm not sure I'm comfortable with a gun shooting 450fps OTB holding 5,000 rds in one go. Not to mention most games organized games only allow up to 400fps. There are some that have LMG rules (higher FPS/longer MED), but I've only seen a handful.
