If I remember correctly, the voice is the mysterious 'Mr Jacob' who ran a studio that PTV used. The message is a version of the old Crowleian maxim: "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law".
Sounds cheap to say that, but that's the exact same message as "The Secret", the only thing is that this seems to be older and didn't make as much money.
its pretty easy to see the similarities between this and "The secret". yes its commercialized and dumbed-down but it is essentially the same principal explained.
"the secret" is often denigrated for its simplification, platitudes and success but dont be so quick to dismiss it. if it was an old, obscure and vaguely-written tome padded out to 500 pages im sure amongst Occult readers it would be considered a vital book to have!

I'll bet you couldn't handle dancing all night on acid to hyperdelic tekno beats. Too "cough" hardcore "cough" for some people. Why I have seen some people run out in tears or screaming. Takes a strong will to Jack your body all night long. I am convinced that people who don't like dance music can't dance in the first place or are too afraid to even try.

it is double grooved; it has 2 different recordings in the same vinyl space, depending on where you put the needle
