I have done this like 5 times on my iTouch 3G running on 3.1.2 and whether i do it with open or closed SSH, no matter what version i use it goes just fine until the restart springboard, then it wipes my entire hard drive and i have to restore my iTouch and then reSync which takes about an hour and a half. until i find a sure fire way to do this im not gonna do it but i really wanna have a 5 column springboard. this also happens with trying to get 5 rows or five icon springboard. any ideas
