  • Question.. What do the numbers on the right mean. The digital blue lights..?

  • @YouJustGotPrankedWeb current effect. There is 100 different effects to choose from.

  • @McIntec Oh okay. Thanks for your reply Jason!

  • Hey McIntec, I am wondering I have the same mixer and was wondering how to hook up Skype and Team Speak to the mixer. I have a sound card the HT Omega Striker and was wondering how you did this on your computer. Would you do a video on the setup of the computer, showing where the cables are plugged in on the computer and what program and/ or the playback and recording devices setup. If you could do this that would be great.

  • @mrcleanup14 That sounds like a good idea for a future video on how you can use your mixer for TeamSpeak and Skype. I would love to do a video to show how it works.

  • I have an M-AudioDelta 66. how can i set up this mixer with the audio card?

  • Why are the faders all the way up?

  • @kevinoo5 For optimal sound and optimal singal noise ratios, you should try to always keep your signals on 0dB. In more complicated mix situations, the channels can be gained lower to harmonize the mix. Keeping your fader around 0dB gives most precise control (has to do with the 'shape' of the faders' fade). This in a short 500 characters (YouTube's max), because it contains enough material to write a small book about.

  • The "line in 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 grey button on top, do the buttons have to be pressed doen or up (+4, -10).

    Thank you

  • @liafalvo It depends on your input signal strength. Put your gain on 0dB and hit the SOLO button. Make sure your audio source (playback device) is outputting at 100% and then have a look at the LED VU meter (the 'volume' lights on the right): if it passes 0dB, the +4 boost is too much, so you'll be better off on -10 mode. If it's on -10 already, just try out the +4 mode. As long as it doesn't pass the 0dB on the VU, you can use +4 mode.

The button basically gives you 2 different gain ranges.

  • can this mixer also work with a PC?

  • @TheRichardacosta Yes, if you connect it to the sound card.

  • Nice and informative video pal, got mine today, its pretty good to be honest does the job...

  • quick tip: put the camera on a tripod, and zoom in to get close, it was kind of shaky, but still good!

  • How much does this Behringer costs?I own a PMP 3000, but I just find out that it's usefull at talking to a crowd.

  • Hey for ur mixer when you connect it to the computer does it go into your mic port or a USB slot?

  • @richreid45 line input on the computer if it is available, otherwise the mic input will work. Just need the right cables and make sure to set your levels correct to avoid distortion.
