  • the sesame leaf the lady is talking about is called perilla, it's the korean version of shiso. :) man that looks so good!!!! i love kimbap! :) i have heard that people use salmon, instead of tuna as well. :) salmon & mayo... maangchi has a video on how to make different kinds of kimbap, too! :) you did a great job on yours, thank you for sharing!! :)
