i hated him back in the day, but he really did grow over the last two years. and he seems like a nice guy.

i can't wait to see him race for ferrari.

He is stubborn, hotheaded, very straight forward, sometimes speaking before thinking...and a hard worker, clever driver, with a great sense of fairness and a bit shy and reserved in private; but with good manners. Very old fashioned. Can be very funny, too.

@nessie43 Nah, Fernando's just really shy and private, he doesn't like the cameras very much. He's reserved, and competitive. i'm sure if everyone here were to really know him, would think of him as really nice. :D

I know he's disliked by some, but Fernando Alonso is the most honest, talented and gifted driver in F1. Even the British press call him the best in F1............ ;)
