I'm sick of seeing the top comment on every video saying about the fucking overrated A Serbian Film being the most disturbing, it was taboo & extreme in its 3rd act, but I consider films like Gaspar Noe's technically-nauseating & unflinchingly graphic masterpiece Irreversible, much more disturbing. Also, Martyrs - which is a film that's overwhelming in its intensity.

Its gory,yes but this list & the updated(watch it please)constains movies that I have seen and which I think is disturbing.If you R looking for gory movies,I would highly recommend "Dead Alive(or "Braindead")which is ONE of the goriest films Ive ever watched.By the way,when speaking of Faces of death,there is some other movies called TRACES OF DEATH 1-5 but these moves are REAL.Real deaths.I did not like it. Not Recommended.

@deejarrod1 Dude, I'm a horror fan. Of course I have watched hostel. It isn't in the list because it didn't eaven bring 60% of all gore it promised. Hostel is a movie for kids compared to like august underground. And this is top disturbing movies, I don't fink hostel any disturbing at all. The only gory scene in hostel that is disturbing is the scissor-scene (nerar the end) in hostel part 2.
