I am a graduate from Vancouver Film School who graduated from Film Production class 126. Just recently, I started my own production company. I've shot my own short film with a number of graduates in my class, from the Writing Campus, and the EBM which stars Connor Stanhope, who played the young child actor Lex Luthor from Smallville. My father has raised chickens for eggs since I was a small child,so I was quite familiar with the story of the egg-bound hen. What is hilarious is that sometimes,a hen will be unable to lay because the egg is too small for her body to manoeuvre;thus adding a bit of biological truth to the film. If there were sentient chickens,I am sure they would laugh. Well done.

I think the "hook" is that we're expecting the chick (cough) with ZERO eggs to come up with a whopper after so much fuss - then turns out puny, and is still proud.

Like some employees who make a big to-do over their accomplishments, when they really turn out very little.

This perception is usually skewed pretty bad though, and the animation here shows the "popular" mode of thought.

the build up was good.. the music was corresponding with what we see but the clou was not new not original maybe not even funny... but for a younger (sesamy street) audiance it would be great. keep on building these stories although chickens have been used a lot maybe they can bring something new
