People are such idiots. A child in one of these could easily last an hour. they use 15 minute increments as a safety margin as well as the tethers to pull them back in. And this is a paid attraction, as such, 15 minute rotation is used to increase profits. Yeah, farts could be unpleasant, but not lethal.
